Creating Footnotes and Endnotes

Word makes it so easy to add footnotes and/or endnotes to a document! Endnotes are just like footnotes, except that endnotes appear all together at the end of a document (or a section) instead of at the foot of each page. Word numbers the footnotes in one number series and the endnotes in a different series or format. If you add or delete a footnote or an endnote, Word automatically renumbers the appropriate series. Word also estimates how much space is required for the footnote and, if a footnote is too long for the page, automatically continues it on the next page.
