Changing Your User Information

Word routinely inserts certain information into your documents, using data that you’ve supplied. For example, Word enters your name in the Author field; it uses your initials to identify your comments; and it can use your address to enter the return address on an envelope. However, all that automation is useless if the information you supplied to Word is incorrect or missing. Fortunately, you can easily correct or add the information.
