When you insert an object such as a picture into a document, it moves any associated text out of the way. You can change the way text wraps around objects and the relationship of overlapping objects by using the buttons in the Arrange group on the Format contextual tab.
When you choose any text wrapping option other than Behind Text or In Line With Text, you can specify that a picture be positioned in one of two ways:
Absolutely. . This option positions the picture at a distance you set from a margin, page, paragraph, or line.
