How the Contacts view features in Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011 work are determined, in part, by settings that you can modify in Outlook for Mac preferences. For example, you can control the format of a contact’s address and phone number and specify how contacts should be sorted in the Contact Search pane. These options enable you to fine-tune Outlook so its Contacts view features work the way you want them to.
