Streaming Power BI dataset via MS Flow

Open an app workspace in the Power BI Service and click on the Create button in the top menu bar.

Create Options in the Power BI Service

Select Streaming dataset and choose the API source icon. Click on Next.

Configure the streaming dataset to align with the columns and data types of the source table.
