Typically, Pages Reads and Pages Writes are the two important counters
to monitor: they indicate the hard page faults, which will result in a disk
access. The sum of the two should not exceed 80 (roughly the limit of I/O
for a single disk drive). If this is the case, you should add more physical
memory to your server and possibly locate the page file on a fast drive (this
is less efficient).
You can monitor the actual quantity of memory used by the database
engine by checking the database parameter Database\Database Cache Size
