ment pack. For Microsoft Exchange, it is the Exchange developers that
write the management pack for MOM—it then becomes hardly possible to
obtain better information on how the product behaves, unless you can
complement it with best practices and great experience.
1.3.4 Scalability
The last RAMS feature is scalability, and I will not cover much of it in this
section, given the particular attention focused on this subject in this book.
