A large mailbox can be a significant burden for the Exchange server,
even if the users do not utilize them. With Exchange comes the notion of
critical folders (i.e., folders that are accessed often). They are:
Inbox: The Exchange back-end server needs to access the Inbox to
deliver items and execute server-side rules.
Calendar: The calendar entries are by other users when checking free/
busy details.
Contacts: They contain private contacts that are used for any address
lookup when composing email.
Sent items: They contain items that have been sent and for which a
copy was demanded.
