site, the evolving technology and the rather static and synthetic nature of
the workload may actually differ from the actual workload. The challenge
will be for you to properly monitor and size front-end and back-end servers
as the activity ramps up, making appropriate adjustments. I know this is
not a satisfactory answer, but if it were different, you wouldn’t have to per-
form any kind of tuning and could just acquire specialized configurations
drawn from workload input.
