Chapter 12. People Search
The people search page is part of the Enterprise Search Center. It is a lot like a normal results page, except that, as its name implies, it returns only people in the search results, and the results are formatted with a people results-specific XSL. One of the most significant and useful changes to people search is that it now searches phonetically. This means it will return results that sound similar (for example, a search on Steve will bring back Steve, Steven, Stephen, and Stephanie).
