Managing the Solution

Once this solution is configured, a few items need to occur to ensure that the solution is managed properly over time. These are standard items that are required in any software solution. For our solution, project managers are responsible for ensuring that these items are maintained.

Permissions Management

The project managers need to be diligent in managing the permissions to the project sites. As a project team changes or as new members are added to the team, the project manager is responsible for updating the security on the project sites.
