In this chapter you looked at business problems that could be addressed by implementing a learning center solution. These problems included associating class content together in a unified location, finding recently added classes in real time, and provisioning class-related infrastructure. Using a combination of out-of-the-box SharePoint Foundation lists and libraries and lookup columns, you addressed associating content together in one location. Using SharePoint Designer 2010 workflows and the list view web part, you addressed the issue of finding recently added classes. Finally, another SharePoint Designer workflow reduced the manual steps in provisioning infrastructure.
