Building the Solution

Now it’s time to start building the solution. The first step is to create the site that will contain the RFP request documents, the response deliverables, and the workflows required for the process. Once the site is created, the libraries, workflows, and other data stores will be created and customized using the web interface and SharePoint Designer.

Build RFP Site

The RFP site will be created as a subsite of another site—in many cases, a sales team site. A site administrator with access to create subsites can use the following information to build the site.
