Managing the Solution
After the solution is built, only a few additional tasks need to be completed to deliver the solution and start using it. First, permissions need to be configured for the users of the site. Second, users should be trained and expectations should be set in order to have successful user adoption.
Managing permissions for the solution site is generally the same as for other sites within your SharePoint environment. The standard SharePoint groups are used for permissions in addition to the Sales group that was added.
The Sales group is used as a way to filter the users who can be selected for the account owners of company records. No additional permissions are granted to the group at this time.
