Managing the Solution
Managing this solution should be very easy because it has only a few moving parts that need to be tended to from time to time.
Permissions for the lists can be managed through the existing SharePoint security groups. If additional people need access to view the data, they can be added to the Members group. If additional scheduling resources are added to the system, they can be added to the Schedulers security group.
If you choose to add a link per technician to the Quick Launch, additional links will need to be created as new technicians are added. If that list gets too long, you might need to cease that particular practice and instead use the actual filter in the list header row or create ...
