Working with the Page Settings Page to Manage Page Properties and Versioning

Another advantage of creating new ASPX and Web part pages in a Site Pages library (or other library based on the Wiki Page library template) is that every page (file) saved to the library has its own unique settings page, which can be accessed by highlighting the file in the Site Pages library and then clicking the Page Settings command in the ribbon’s Edit group, as shown in Figure 12.26, or by simply clicking the filename in the library’s name column.
