Deleting Page Layout Content Types
The process involved in deleting page layout content types is similar to that when deleting page layouts. If there are any dependencies on the page layout content type then you are not able to delete the content type.
You can determine page layout content type use by reviewing a publishing page’s properties (via the Pages library) in the Web interface, shown in Figure 15.80.
