Managing Dialogs in Custom Master Pages

We discuss styling dialogs in the CSS chapter, but you should also consider how to position dialogs when you create new master pages, such as how users will interact with dialogs on anonymous sites and how you manage the appearance of new DIV or table elements in dialogs. A prime example of this is where I deployed a custom master page not long after SharePoint 2010 was officially released.
