Invoking Dialogs in Master Pages
Chapter 14, “Extending Content Pages with Media and Dialogs,” shows you how to leverage the SharePoint 2010 dialog framework in content pages to launch pages and forms in dialogs. In this section, you see how you can further leverage the dialog framework by integrating dialogs with your custom master pages.
The first example shows you how to replicate the same functionality that was used in Chapter 14 when embedding dialog scripts in content pages.
