Relocating Hidden Ribbon Elements
One consequence of hiding the ribbon using the <SharePoint:SPSecurityTrimmedControl> control or <asp:LoginView> control is that it also hides certain controls that you might want to maintain for anonymous users, including the pop-out navigational button and Sign In link. Thankfully, you can easily relocate those controls to other sections on your master page.
