SharePoint Foundation 2010 Themes in Anonymous Sites

At the time this book was written, themes applied to a SharePoint Foundation 2010 site failed to render in anonymous sites. During testing, I found that an alternative option was to add a direct CSS link to a custom master page that points directly to the themed file, for instance <SharePoint:CssRegistration name=“/_themes/12/COREV4-8A0ABD2F.CSS” After=“corev4.css” runat=“server”/>, where 12 equates to the currently numbered themed folder in the _themes folder and COREV4-8A0ABD2F.CSS is the themed corev4.css file in the 12 folder.
