Setting a Form Type as Default Post Form Creation

Where you’ve created a form and not selected the default option for the form, you can choose to do so post form creation. To make a custom list form a default form (type) for a list, either highlight the form in the Forms part on the list settings page or click the Forms link in the header section of the Forms part to access the forms page and click the Set as Default command in the ribbon’s Actions group, as shown in Figure 25.28.
