Completion Conditions

Using completion conditions you can change the conditions that dictate the completion of an approval task. As shown in Figure 27.38, if there are no further tasks to complete and the current tasks have been completed and approved then the item is set to approved and the variable CompletionReason is set to be later used in the history log and notification emails.
