MSF Risk Management Process

As discussed at the beginning of this chapter, MSF Risk Management consists of two things: the MSF Risk Management Process and the discipline to use it efficiently, effectively, systematically, and repetitiously. This section bundles it all together into a process that enables proactive risk management, continuous risk assessment, and integration into decision making throughout a project or operational life cycle. A project needs just enough rigor to make sure that risks are continuously assessed, monitored, and actively managed until they are either resolved or turn into issues to be handled.
