Deploying and Browsing a Cube
You should view the dimensions and measures in a cube early in the development cycle. The most important thing you can do is verify that the values in the cube are consistent with the values in the source database and that the measures are aggregating correctly. You also need to ensure that you have not made any errors, to determine whether any data issues might affect the cube design, and to make sure that the dimensions and measures appear as anticipated. You may find that you need to rename measure groups, rename and format measures, modify the relationships between dimension members and measure groups, or even add more measures and measure groups.
