Designing the Report Structure
Now that you have completed the preparation for report development, you’re ready to start designing the layout of data on the report. You use one or more data regions to present data in a structured or unstructured format in the report layout. As you work, you can switch to Preview mode to confirm you’re achieving the desired results. Your report specifications might require you to define groupings and totals, add supporting elements such as a text box, line, or image, or even embed another report within the report you’re currently developing.
