Create an e-mail subscription
Native mode: In Report Manager, open the report, click the Subscriptions tab, and click New Subscription. Type the recipient e-mail addresses, select whether to include a link to the report, and select a rendering method. Choose whether to send the description when a snapshot is created or to use a custom or shared schedule. If applicable, select the parameter values if you don’t want to use the default values.
Integrated mode: In SharePoint, point to the report, click the Edit button that appears to the right of the report title, select Manage Subscriptions, click Add Subscription, type the recipient e-mail addresses, select whether to include a link to the report, and select a ...
