Web Application Template
Website response time metrics can be recorded and stored in Operations Manager using the Web Application Template. This is one of the most-used templates, as it allows administrators to monitor website performance from a client perspective. The template can target a straight HTTP or HTTPS URL with success criteria that can include HTTP result code, text matching, or latency. Or the template can capture a browser session with steps, logon credentials, and separate success criteria for each stage.
Note
The capture mode only supports 32-bit platforms. If the components are running on a 64-bit platform, then install the Operations Console on a 32-bit workstation and capture from that system.
