New Dashboard Functionality
The OpsMgr 2012 dashboards essentially replace the Service Level Dashboards (SLD) 2.0 Solution Accelerator, a popular SharePoint bolt-on addition to OpsMgr 2007 that used Service Level Tracking. The new OpsMgr 2012 dashboards are much more flexible and customizable; in addition, the new OpsMgr 2012 dashboards can be published in both consoles and in SharePoint.
Note
Dashboards can be created and edited in both the full console and in the Web console. This functionality is new to the Web console, which in the past did not allow users to edit their views. Now Web console users, with the appropriate rights, can create their own custom dashboards.
