Setting Options for Log Files
Windows XP offers fantastic capabilities for configuring just about every feature of the operating system. This capability extends to the Event Viewer log files, and is an especially important feature for these files, since different log files may be more important to one user than another.
To begin the configuration process, bring up the properties pages for the log file you want to make configurable. For the purposes of this chapter, use the Application log file.
