Space-Time Coding for Frequency Selective Channels

Chapters 5 to 10 have dealt extensively with frequency flat fading channels. The present chapter is dedicated to signaling techniques in MIMO frequency selective channels, covering both single-carrier and multi-carrier transmissions. Again, we will address the mutual information, the error probability and the code design. As far as the channel representation is concerned, we will heavily rely on the formalism introduced in Section 3.5.
