Cultivating a positive mindset is enormously beneficial for your mindful eating journey. The good news is that you can choose what attitude you want to embrace in your life – even on a moment-to-moment basis.
A mindset is an established set of mental attitudes. The different attitudes that you foster and strengthen together make up what is referred to as your mindset. In this chapter I explore the attitudes that support eating mindfully.
