It did not seem right to describe a methodology without providing the tools you need to implement it. Therefore, this appendix describes a specific tool that implements the Mining the Talk method. A demo version of this software, which is called the IBM Unstructured Information Modeler, is available free from IBM Alphaworks (http://www.ibm.com/alphaworks/tech/uimodeler). This software was used to win the “contest” that was described in the opening chapter of this book.
