(b) An output condition.
(c) A transfer condition.
When the input condition into a state is correct, then that state will produce an
output condition.
That is, an output device or devices will be:
(a) Turned ON and remain ON.
(b) Turned OFF and remain OFF.

will change to produce a transfer condition.
