These days, it’s difficult to go anywhere without seeing someone chatting away on a cell phone with the ever-present wireless headset stuck in their ear. This wireless functionality is almost always provided by Bluetooth technology, and although the wireless cell phone headset is the most commonly seen use of Bluetooth, this technology is being leveraged for an increasingly diverse set of applications, from simple data transfer and synchronization to wireless mice and keyboards and hands-free mobile phone car kits.
