The Basics of Responsive Web Design

In April of 2000, John Allsopp wrote an article entitled “A Dao of Web Design” on the website A List Apart [http://alistapart.com/article/dao]. The article essentially poses the following question: Do you try to control the naturally fluid medium of the web and the variety of ways people access it?
