Advantages of Diversity in Organizations

Managers are becoming more dedicated to seeking a wide range of talents from every group in American culture because they now realize that distinct advantages come from doing so.⁵ For one thing, as you will see in Chapter 15, group decisions often improve the quality of decision making.
