Grand Jury Material
Grand jury material must be separated and access restricted
to those persons who are listed on the 6 (e) disclosure order.
Only those persons who are so listed may view grand jury
exhibits or transcripts. Abuse or misuse of this material can
lead to extremely severe consequences, including the aban-
donment of the case and contempt citations by the court.
It is highly recommended that two special measures be
taken with grand jury material. First, every document and
all copies should be marked with a stamp identifying them as
being covered by Rule 6 (e). Second, each document should
