Modifying the HTML5 canvas size for testing

Just like in Chapter 5, Game #4, Chain Reaction, we don't want to deploy the game to the device every time we want to test it. We are creating an iOS app, and iOS devices have specific screen dimensions. The older ones run by a resolution of 320 x 480. That will be a good size to test our game. For this, we will change the HTML5 build files that are created by Monkey.
