GTK#

The GTK libraries are the fundamental component of the popular GNOME desktop that's widely used on Unix platforms. According to many developers, standard tools just aren't suitable for implementing complex applications. Therefore, many people develop efficient tools so that you can implement user interfaces easily. GTK is an interesting platform for developing software because it's freely available under the terms of the GPL license.
