Motivational communication is any communication that has the goal of stimulating employees' engagement by asking them to get involved in whatever you are thinking about. Engagement means emotional commitment and focus, and it also means intellectual involvement. In fact, high engagement with any task is always a combination of emotional and intellectual involvement.
