The most important person responsible for nurturing this book from a wild idea into an honest-to-goodness product is Bill Pollock, the founder and publisher of No Starch Press, who took a chance years ago to publish the types of books he wanted to see and allow authors free reign to take risks and see what might happen next.
Some other people who were crucial to getting this book completed were Tyler Ortman, Kim Wimpsett, Ansel Staton, and Riley Hoffman. They looked over this manuscript and designed the pages to make sure that everything I wrote actually made sense and looks easy to read as well.
