What to Get for RPM Installation

To get the right files, go to the MySQL Web site and find the RPM files for Linux. The following list outlines the files you will need to develop the applications in this book. If you are transferring files in a Windows environment, you will probably want to use an FTP program or the ftp client that comes with Windows to avoid corrupting the files in transfer, which can happen if you download them with your browser.
