Chapter 9. Constructing the Commissions Application

This chapter describes the build process and list code for the project described in Chapter 8, “Commission Calculations Abstract and Design.” The project will have one item separate from the rest of the project: a data display control (DDC). It is called this because it allows the display of a table, but it will not allow the user to update that table directly from the DDC. It is essentially nothing more than a replaceable dynamically generated CList widget.
