Leveraging Angular directives to enrich the NativeScript Slider with more unique characteristics

For each track fader (also known as our mixing/volume control), it'd be nice to actually render a fader-looking control knob so that it's clear that these Sliders are mixing knobs and are not mistaken for shuttling playback of that track, for instance. We can create a graphic to be used for these Sliders, which will look like this:
