The Scrum Framework has three main components: roles, artifacts, and events. These three components define a way of organizing work to solve complex problems. The roles define accountabilities , making clear who is responsible for various kinds of decision making. The artifacts provide transparency, providing information in support of the decision-making process. The events provide forums within which particular decisions are made.
