Q27.1 | I often hear debates on who has the most control over the culture of a project: the project manager or management. Do you have a definitive answer? |
A27.1 | Yes. The PM has the most control. Although an organization may have processes and procedures in place for the members of a project to follow, the interpretation and execution of these processes and procedures is within the domain of the PM. Ultimately, the PM will decide how to plan, execute, and track a project, mitigate its problems, and encourage good working relationships among the project’s stakeholders.
