Every organization is due for change. Most organizations have giant steps to take, while a small minority are passionately striving to push the state of the art. This means that as a project manager, you have a wide range of opportunity to move beyond the domain of your projects and become a catalyst for change across your organization … and even beyond.
This chapter presents a highly effective approach that I frequently use with clients to help them improve the performance of their organizations and the projects within those organizations.
