How to Institutionalize Improvements in Your Organization

Every organization is due for change. Most organizations have giant steps to take, while a small minority are passionately striving to push the state of the art. This means that as a project manager, you have a wide range of opportunity to move beyond the domain of your projects and become a catalyst for change across your organization … and even beyond.

This chapter presents a highly effective approach that I frequently use with clients to help them improve the performance of their organizations and the projects within those organizations. However, you do not need an outside consultant to make this happen. You can initiate and champion this approach for yourself.
