Changed behaviour

For the Human Resource Manager the ability to negotiate and manage projects is a building up of a competence with a long-term goal, since competence building in a number of ways only will succeed when people are ready to change their behaviour.

‘The human competence is built on behavioural development and if we build on cross-organizational competence, it will end up as organizational development. Our project training is an expression of what started as a typical project management training and then developed into organizational development,’ the Human Resource Manager points out.
