Putting It All Together

Kendra watched the neurosurgeon walk up the hall to where she stood outside the nurse's station. She could tell from his expression that he was fuming. In a loud voice he demanded, “Why are the vital signs from this morning not entered into the computer? How can I tell what is going on with my patients unless you nurses do your jobs?” As he advanced on her, Kendra observed two visitors and a patient standing in the hall watching the scene.

“Dr. Rizzo, come with me into the conference room where we can discuss your concerns.”

“I am not moving until you give me an explanation.”
